MFF-01 Magnesium Wheels

Monoblock forged magnesium wheel built with F1 technology. Magnesium makes the wheel about 30% lighter than forged aluminium and increases specific strength by around 12 %, with high damping capacity and recyclability. Innovative design reduces unsprung mass, enhances shock absorption and uses high thermal conductivity to improve braking and fuel efficiency. Produced via forging, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC turning and milling, polishing and micro arc oxidation, the wheel undergoes radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests for certified strength.
