MFF-02 Magnesium Wheels

Forged magnesium wheel using F1 lightweight technology. It delivers roughly 30% weight reduction compared with forged aluminium and about 12 % higher specific strength, while providing high damping capacity and eco friendly recyclability. Innovations decrease unsprung mass, improve shock absorption and thermal conductivity, enhancing handling, braking and fuel efficiency. The manufacturing process features large forging presses, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC turning and milling, polishing and micro arc oxidation, and the wheel’s strength is certified through radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests.
