High performance forged magnesium wheel that leverages F1 lightweight technology. Forged magnesium cuts weight by about 30% compared with forged aluminium and provides roughly 12 % greater specific strength and high damping capacity. Innovations such as unsprung mass reduction, shock absorption and high thermal conductivity help deliver better handling, braking, acceleration and fuel efficiency. Manufacturing includes massive forging presses, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC turning and milling, polishing and micro arc oxidation, and the wheels undergo radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests to ensure certified strength.
