MFL-01 Magnesium Wheels

F1 inspired forged magnesium wheel offering significant weight reduction (around 30%) compared with forged aluminium and higher specific strength. It provides high damping capacity and is recyclable. Innovations target unsprung mass reduction, shock absorption and high thermal conductivity to enhance braking, acceleration and fuel efficiency. Production includes forging, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC machining, polishing and micro arc oxidation, with comprehensive radial, rotary and impact fatigue testing to ensure certified strength.
