MFL-02 Magnesium Wheels

Forged magnesium wheel engineered for high performance vehicles. Magnesium reduces weight by about 30% relative to forged aluminium, increases specific strength and provides high damping capacity and recyclability. The wheel incorporates innovations that lower unsprung mass, improve shock absorption and thermal conductivity, leading to improved handling, braking and fuel efficiency. It is manufactured with high tonnage forging, flow forming, heat treatment, precision CNC machining, polishing and micro arc oxidation, and is tested for radial, rotary and impact fatigue strength.
