MFL-04 Magnesium Wheels

Forged magnesium wheel inspired by F1 technology. The material yields approximately 30% lower weight compared with forged aluminium and about 12 % higher specific strength while maintaining high damping capacity and recyclability. Innovations focus on reducing unsprung mass and improving shock absorption and thermal conductivity for better handling, braking and fuel efficiency. Manufacturing uses high tonnage forging, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC machining, polishing and micro arc oxidation, and the wheel is tested for radial, rotary and impact fatigue strength.
