MFP-05 Magnesium Wheels

Performance oriented forged magnesium wheel utilising F1 lightweight technology. Forged magnesium yields roughly 30% lower weight than forged aluminium and greater specific strength, with high damping capacity and recyclability. Innovations reduce unsprung mass, enhance shock absorption and thermal conductivity to optimise braking, handling and fuel efficiency. The manufacturing process includes high tonnage forging, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC turning and milling, polishing and micro arc oxidation, and strength is validated through radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests.
