MFR-01 Magnesium Wheels

Forged magnesium wheel engineered for track use. It employs F1 level lightweight technology, leading to a wheel about 30% lighter than forged aluminium with roughly 12 % greater specific strength and high damping capacity. Innovative features such as unsprung mass reduction, shock absorption and high thermal conductivity enhance performance and braking while improving fuel efficiency. The manufacturing process includes forging, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC turning and milling, polishing and micro arc oxidation, and quality assurance via radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests.
