MFR-02 Magnesium Wheels

This F1 technology forged magnesium wheel offers significant weight reduction (about 30%) compared with forged aluminium while increasing specific strength by roughly 12 %. Forged magnesium provides high damping capacity and eco friendly recyclability. Innovations deliver lower unsprung mass, shock absorption, high thermal conductivity and improved fuel efficiency. Produced using a 10,000-ton forging press, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC machining, polishing and micro arc oxidation, and verified through radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests for certified strength.
