MFR-04 Magnesium Wheels

Lightweight forged magnesium wheel using F1 grade technology. The material reduces weight compared with forged aluminium (about 30%) and offers higher specific strength, high damping capacity and recyclability. Innovations such as unsprung mass reduction, shock absorption and high thermal conductivity improve handling, braking, acceleration and fuel efficiency. Production involves a 10,000-ton forging press, flow forming, heat treatment, CNC turning and milling, polishing and micro arc oxidation. Certified strength is verified through radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests.
