MFR-06 Magnesium Wheels

Forged magnesium wheel designed with F1 technology to deliver lighter yet stronger performance. Magnesium reduces weight by roughly 30% compared with forged aluminium and yields around 12 % higher specific strength while offering high damping capacity and recyclability. Innovations lower unsprung mass for better handling and acceleration, provide shock absorption and high thermal conductivity for brake cooling and improved fuel efficiency. Manufacturing uses a world leading process: 10,000-ton forging press, hot flow forming, heat treatment, precision CNC turning and milling, polishing and micro arc oxidation. Rigorous radial, rotary and impact fatigue tests ensure certified strength.
